❣️土耳其海參的泡發的做法步驟

清水泡發1到2日
步驟 2
清水泡發1到2日後放鍋中，大火煮開細火煮半個小時，關火後不要打開鍋蓋，直到水自然涼

然後剪開沙嘴，清洗乾淨，裏面的肉筋從中間剪斷或者去掉，以免影響泡發效果

換上清水至冰箱繼續泡發2到3天，或放入冰粒，水越冷泡發越好，記得每天拿出來換水一次
